In my previous video, I designed the full brand identity for Potted Pals, a fun plant shop brand I created for my friend Slim.
This time, we’re taking it a step further by bringing that identity to life on the web.
In this episode, I’m designing a Neo-Brutalist website homepage for Potted Pals using Framer’s new Design Pages feature.
What makes this tool amazing is that it lets you design freely on a blank canvas, just like you would in Illustrator or Figma, but with the ability to turn your design into a real, functional website with a single click.
Here’s the full process I show in the video 👇
🌱 I start from a blank Design Page and build the homepage layout completely freeform.
🎨 I use bold shapes, thick borders, and Potted Pals’ signature green tones to give it that Neo-Brutalist character.
🧩 Once the layout is done, I instantly convert it into an actual website with one click.
✨ Finally, I show how to make a button interactive by turning it into a reusable component, adding hover and pressed states to make it feel alive.
The result is a simple but powerful workflow: from concept to interactive website, all inside Framer.
🎯 What you’ll learn in this video:
How to design freeform layouts in Framer Design Pages
How to turn your design into a live website instantly
How to create and customize interactive components
Why Framer can replace multiple design and web tools in your workflow

In this video, I’m walking you through a complete logo design process, from the very first client message to the final presentation. If you’re curious about how to design a logo with purpose, or you just want to see how a real restaurant branding project unfolds from scratch, this breakdown will guide you step by step.
The project is for a high-end seafood restaurant called Tanglehouse, a name inspired by the elegant, fluid motion of octopus arms. The atmosphere they’re creating is mysterious, refined, and dramatic, with rich textures, brass details, and deep oceanic tones.
To start, the client reached out with a clear request: a visual identity that feels luxurious, sophisticated, and memorable—without leaning into cliché nautical themes. To align our vision, I sent over a detailed logo design questionnaire using Google Forms. This helped me understand the restaurant’s concept, target audience, brand values, and style preferences. From their answers, I crafted a comprehensive design brief to serve as a roadmap for the project.
Before diving into the creative phase, I shared a proposal with three pricing tiers. They selected the mid-tier option at $2,000, which included three initial concepts, two rounds of revisions, and a mini brand guide. As usual, I invoiced 50% upfront $1000 to lock in the commitment on both sides.
With the brief finalized, I began mind mapping. I drew inspiration from the name itself, Tangle and House, exploring imagery related to fluid curves, tentacles, elegance, and architectural structure. I looked for clever ways to merge the organic forms of the ocean with the symmetry and refinement of a fine dining brand.
Next, I researched. I visited sites like BP&O, LogoLounge, and Dribbble to see how other high-end restaurants approached their identity, making sure I wasn’t repeating overused visual ideas.
Once the concept was clear, I moved into sketching. I experimented with TH monograms, intertwined curves, and subtle octopus tentacle details. After selecting the strongest ideas, I brought them into Adobe Illustrator to create clean, scalable vector artwork. I refined the proportions, adjusted the curves, and ensured the mark looked equally strong in small and large sizes.
For typography, I explored elegant serif and high-contrast sans serif fonts, eventually customizing a typeface to pair harmoniously with the monogram. The goal was to keep it timeless yet distinctive.
For color, I tested deep navy, warm brass, and muted cream tones, reflecting both the ocean inspiration and the luxurious dining experience. The final palette brought sophistication while staying versatile for menus, signage, and digital use.
The project concluded with a polished presentation, showing how the logo would appear across restaurant menus, storefront signage, packaging, and social media. This helps the client visualize their identity in real-world contexts and understand the thinking behind each choice.
Designing a logo for a high-end restaurant isn’t just about style, it’s about creating an identity that tells a story, elevates the dining experience, and resonates with its audience. I hope this video gives you a clear view of what that process looks like from start to finish.

In this video, I’m walking you through a complete logo design process—from the very first client message to the final presentation. If you’re curious about how to design a logo with purpose, or you just want to see how a full branding project unfolds from scratch, this breakdown will guide you step by step.
The project is for NeuraNest, a fictional AI productivity startup that helps founders organize their work with a smart dashboard. The client, Rachel Kim, reached out to me via email with a clear idea of what they needed: a visual identity that feels intelligent and structured, but still warm and approachable.
To better understand the brand, I created a detailed logo design questionnaire using Google Forms. This helped me collect insights about the business, audience, values, and visual preferences. From their answers, I crafted a full logo design brief to align the design direction with the brand’s voice and purpose.
Before beginning the creative process, I shared a proposal with three pricing tiers tailored for NeuraNest. The client selected the mid-tier option for $2,500, which includes three initial logo concepts, two rounds of revisions, and a mini brand guide. I invoiced 50% upfront—$1,250—which is a standard part of my process to ensure both sides are fully committed before moving forward.
With the brief in hand, I started mind mapping. I extracted visual ideas from the brand name itself—Neural and Nest—splitting concepts into structured, tech-inspired imagery and softer, organic symbols. Words like circuits, grids, and microchips sat on one side, while branches, birds, and eggs filled the other. I crossed off the clichés like brains and robot heads, then looked for clever ways the two themes could blend naturally.
To avoid reinventing what already exists, I spent some time researching. My go-to places for logo inspiration include BP&O’s identity archive, trend reports on LogoLounge, and design showcases on Dribbble. This helped me gather reference points without falling into the trap of copying trends.
Once inspired, I dove into the sketching phase. I explored multiple ideas using pencil and paper—from tech lines forming nest shapes, to N monograms, and abstract forms that blend structure with softness. After refining the strongest sketches, I brought them into Adobe Illustrator to build clean, scalable vector logos. Here, I carefully adjusted curves, spacing, and proportions to keep the design functional and modern.
Next came typography. I browsed display fonts on MyFonts.com and tested several modern typefaces. The one that fit best for this brand was Inter—a clean, free font that feels digital yet human. It paired nicely with the logo icon without competing for attention.
For colors, I turned to Adobe Color’s Explore tab, searching by values like “trust,” “innovation,” and “calm.” I created a shortlist of palettes that matched NeuraNest’s identity and finally landed on one that blended cool charcoal with a soft mint green. The result was confident, modern, and approachable—just like the brand.
I wrapped the project by building a visual presentation to showcase how the logo would look in real-world situations—app icons, dashboards, business cards, and more. This not only helps communicate the thinking behind the design but also gives the client a clear sense of how their brand will show up consistently across platforms.
A full logo design process isn’t just about making a pretty symbol—it’s about solving problems through design, communicating values, and building something that lasts. I hope this video gives you a useful look into what that actually looks like.
There will be a follow-up video where I show how I package the final logo files and create the brand guideline, so make sure to subscribe. If you have any questions about the process or want to share your thoughts, feel free to drop them in the comments—I’ll be happy to answer.

Client From Hell – Logo Design Endless Revisions
This is a fictional role play of a logo design project gone wrong — a nightmare every designer faces at some point. If you’ve ever had to deal with endless revisions, confusing feedback, or unrealistic expectations, you’ll relate to this video.
In this short film, I act out a typical freelance logo design client from hell situation that often happens at the start of a designer’s career. It begins as a simple brief, turns into a chaotic mess of changes, and ends with a flying turtle (yes, seriously).
🎯 What you’ll see in this video:
1- A realistic (and exaggerated) logo design process
2- Sketching and vectorizing a turtle logo
3- A client who doesn’t know what they want
4- A growing pile of revisions

I Redesigned the MrBeast Logo With Golden Ratio:
In this vide I am gonna experiment the redesign of MrBeast's logo using the golden Ratio.
I walked you through the process of applying the golden ratio to create a grid for the logo.
Will it make it look better?
We should keep in mind that the golden ratio isn't a must-use tool in design, especially when it comes to revamping an existing logo. While it's a powerful concept and can lead to aesthetically pleasing results, it doesn't work every time. This is particularly true for logos like MrBeast's, which have a strong illustrative quality and personality that can sometimes be diminished by rigid application of the golden ratio.
